The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The staff are pretty decent, except for the head maid / housekeeper. She has a really bad attitude! Now, we just skip service and keep our own room tidy only asking for towels and toilet paper when needed.
Third time staying here with my husband for work travel. The rooms are clean, but this time we were put in the hearing impaired room. The fire alarm went off in our room at midnight while we were asleep and because it's the hearing impaired room the fire alarm made a soul piercing noise for a long time until the hotel manager could figure out how to turn it off. The police came, the fire department came and no one can figure out why it went off. I'm 7 months pregnant and the stressful experience caused me to have contractions until 6am. Terrifying.
very nice hotel. the beds were the most comfortable we have experienced in a long time. breakfast buffet is unbelievably good. only complaint I had was no Jacuzzi in the pool area
We had a block of rooms. Everyone I was with slept pretty well, but the road traffic noise outside was a bit much. The comforter was extremely warm. If you took it off, the air conditioner made things very cold. However, the staff was extremely capable and friendly. The pool was fantastic and had a basketball net. We had a ton of fun and it was clean. I would probably go back but get a room on the non Highway side of the building.
Motel was like new. Desk help very good. Breakfast attendant helpful and courteous. Quite and restful night!!
The next day my husband tried to get our rooms switched but they claim they're sold out and have no other rooms. This room should be condemned until they figure out why this happened!!
Hotel looks brand new. Clean and comfortable . Very friendly and helpfull staff. Good food selection for breakfast
