the hotel overall is great. The pool was on the warmer side which was great. There was a group that has a birthday party and had access to the pool. Those kids were unsupervised so they were rambunctious. But once the party was over the pool room became a nice place for relaxing.
I honestly cannot say anything but phenomenal things about this hotel. Above all the staff I think her name was Melissa she really hooked me up as far as I needed to stay a couple extra days and they somehow went above and beyond and figured out a way to keep me in the room that I'm in for the next couple of days. To put it in perspective I overslept the night before and had to get up to go to work I didn't have time to pack anything and I forgot to extend my stay that night previously. My phone glitched so my alarm didn't go off so I ran out of the room to get into the truck to get to work. On my way I called them to let them know that I needed to extend they told me that they didn't have anything available however come to find out they might be able to switch me from the room I am in to another room. Somehow they upgraded another guest and allowed me to keep the room for the next couple of days after I explained all of my stuff was still in the room lol. It took really stressful Monday morning and turned it into a phenomenal Monday! Thank you Comfort Inn so much for everything
I routinely stay at the motel for work. Love the comfortable beds, the morning breakfast, and the 24 hr fitness center. The only down side is the location.....it's not too close to many places to eat. I'll give it a 5-star.....I'll continue to come back.
Thin walls, hope you enjoy listening to your neighbors conversations. Was woken up 3 hours before I needed to be because of the neighbors tv, people letting the doors slam, and general coming and going. Looked at the free breakfast and ended up walking away. Literally no food at 8 in the morning. And the coffee was out and the juice machine was "out of order". I will never stay here again!
WORST HOTEL EVER. I have never stayed at a hotel that has been this rude and disorganized. More specifically, the cranky front desk clerk, named Sam (pretty sure she works overnight) ruined my stay. She was extremely disrespectful and had this disgusting attitude. One night she posted a sheet to the hotel guests stating "I AM NOT YOUR MOTHER, CLEAN UP YOUR MESS." The following day, she claimed that my group and I were the reason why the hotel was losing business. Um, maybe question your attitude or your poor customer service first before blaming the guests. SHE EVEN THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS. What kind of hotel treats their guests like this? Avoid this hotel at all costs. You're better off at another hotel or Holiday Inn across the street. Absolutely ridiculous, this company did NOT deserve our money.
