The trailers are falling apart and the service is ridiculous. We went on a month long vacation to Cancun and got evicted because we "never replaced the trim around the garage door". They never even bothered to send a letter. Our monthly rent had been raised over $275 in just 1 year. Crime is worse than anywhere I can think of. Just a terrible place to live.
