I love their food. The rationale for giving a two star is I just called in to order a single lunch order and the employee that answered the phone was extremely rude to me. She verbalized that they were extremely busy and what did I need? I put my order in at 1000AM for an 1100 pick up. It was ONE order. I understand if a business is busy, but you never treat a customer like that. Disappointed.
Went tonight with a group of 6 for a birthday. Walked in 10 minutes early for our reservation and told them we are all here. Her reply to another worker was "oh their that group" with a dumb look... After being seated we all got drinks and ordered shortly after. We waited over an hour for our food.. finally asked when our food would be out and the waitress said I don't know I'll go look.. she then comes back to say she thinks something was messed up with the printer and our order was never put in.. they brought up a free appetizer to try and make up for it but right after they brought that out, they brought all our other food and put everything on the table at once. What a mess. The waitress either needed to serve less tables to be able to pay attention to what she's doing or get more training. Very disappointed. Not worth the 45 minute drive
Ala Romas ...where to begin?First off this review is not based on a single visit. My wife and I were seated next to the booth where they wrapped silverware,so we could barely hear each other. It was VERY disappointing to say the least. The food was plentiful and the appetizer was enough for two!! Prices ARE not for the budget minded individual. If you are on a budget like many these days I would recommend somewhere other then here.
Food here is amazing!! Our table was ready when we needed it, they had water out for our party of 8, quick to the table for service, checked back often to see if we needed anything. The only issue we had was our server had an attitude as though she didn't want to be there. She was pleasant but her disdain showed through her smiles. It could've been a bad day, it happens, but it was a bit too apparent to us. Still a 4 star trip this time around
Food is always good here! Great menu variety! I like the build your own pasta meal! Gyro with feta is another one of my favs. The fries were pretty good this time, but usually I don't find the fries to be the greatest. The menu variety and quality of the rest of the food makes up for the fries.
