Anyone looking to move with this company - BEWARE!!!! My wife was quoted $104 an hour with a 3 hour minimum and that it shouldn't exceed $400 dollars total...grand total was over $800!!!! Rate changed to $154 for sending out "another guy" to help...lots of other extras that weren't disclosed until AFTER the Bill was presented. (When they completed the move in other words) When speaking with their office staff on the incorrect billing amount, the gave me the run around and I was told that "the basis for my complaint was unreasonable"....Sorry, but when you get a quote and that number doubles afterwards, it's not unreasonable to complain...even after the situation was escalated to the BBB, they didn't care!! Very unsatisfied customer!
