The staff was very helpful and very nice. Took their time with me and described the menu. Great place with some great employees.
Good food at decent prices.
We failed to plan dinner and decided to order in from a place we thought would deliver the fastest. Well half an hour after placing our order we start to wonder what's going on...double checked to make sure we did place the order, to the right address, etc,....35 minutes after order we get a call that they apparently were so busy that our order didn't get out in a timely fashion and they were just getting it ready now....not really much of an apology and they didn't offer us anything for having waited so long (I mean its Jimmy Johns, its supposed to be fast- anywhere else this wouldn't have bothered us). So about 45 minutes later our order finally arrives. The delivery driver didn't apologize but we did find an unexpected cookie in our bag (but really one cookie when we ordered multiple subs? That's the apology?). At least the subs were good- they aren't my favorite sub shop but I can't complain about the quality- they at least did well in that area.
Every time I order it’s fast and delish! Also the sample guy swings through our office once in a while and even hands out to our patients! He’s always super friendly. We love our fdl jimmy johns @ Wisconsin vision
