Dryers do not dry well, loads take forever. They obviously are trying to make extra money by not keeping the lint removed. Will not return
They have new management where if the dryer breaks, you will not be refunded right there. They will instead MAIL you your $.50 refund... It's not much and it's not about the money, it's about going home w/ wet clothes because their dryers aren't undergoing regular maintenance. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
Machines don't work properly sometimes and I get that but you should be refunded your money without having to fill out a form and wait till the next time you come. Actually had the young lady lie to me and that does not sit well with me
One of the best dry cleaning places I've ever been to! Always get my dry cleaning done on time and even had it rushed a couple times, and they didn't charge an extra fee! Very friendly staff as well!
