I was VERY disappointed with almost ALL of the employees, and my experience as a whole. Would give one star, but of the 10 people I asked or help, ONE of them actually seemed interested in helping me out. I went to the store to get materials for crafting, I'm unfamiliar with the store, so I had to ask a few different employees for directions. None of them answered politely, in fact, I was treated as though I was the biggest burden for simply asking a quick question or for advice on a product. Eventually I had to ask another SHOPPER for help picking out a hand sander! when I got to the check out, I was making small talk with the cashier. I said " I swear, I only intended to get sandpaper!" The cashier LITERALLY rolled her eyes and said "I could tell." I was shocked by how blatantly rude everyone was! I've worked in retail for many years, so I go out of my way to be polite to people that have to work with the public. Unfortunately, I wasn't given the same courtesy.
Always very helpful when you can't find something you are looking for...they take you to the item.

On Black Friday, Emily first assisted me in locating an item and then offered to go to the Garden Dept. to locate a 2nd item that was not in its usual location in the store just to save me the hassle of getting through the crowds. She went above and beyond what would be expected. Her cheerful willingness to help was very much appreciated.
I think I will be doing my shopping at Lowes or Ace Hardware in the future
The staff was friendly and helpful and the products were well stocked and organized.
On a good note, I was able to find everything I was looking for at a reasonable price. Although, I would have been out of the store 30 minutes earlier. if I had found an employee with basic customer service skills. The store was also very clean.
