I really thought this place was good and easy to work with for the past 6 months.. then I called April 20th paid my bill which was due the 23rd.. everything seemed fine til I noticed it never went thru my bank.. so I called as they said I never made a payment and this was an error.. lucky I was already ahead for this month but if I wouldn't have been it would've showed me making a payment late.. i find it very funny they have my info add put that in without a problem but my payment didn't go thru and even gave a confirmation number??.. I hope it's nothing fishy.
I used to love this place and the ladies that worked there! Nicole, and Susan! Ever since they changed management and employees or whatever they did, things have gone down hill. I’ve been with them for 4 years, never missed a payment! I refer people to you guys, and when I actually need to refinance they reject the application? That makes no sense, but all I can say is good luck keeping business when most people don’t have perfect credit. I won’t be recommending you anymore and I’ll be paying my loan off with a different loan company. You’re supposed to show your loyal customers good service.
HORRIBLE PLACE TO GET A LOAN THROUGH! THEY HIT YOU UP WITH INSURANCES, THEY ARE RUDE, THEY ADD MORE MONEY ONTO YOUR LOAN THAN WHAT IT IS ESPECIALLY IF YOU TAKE A LOAN OUT FOR SAY $1000 and your payment is $150 and you do $350... oh yeah you don't have to pay next month but your interest will grow! AND THEY TAKE FOREVER CALLING YOU BACK WITH THE ANSWER

I would not recommend Heights Finance to anyone. Late last year I finance furniture through them and not too long after my spouse became unemployed. I fell behind on everything because it's a tad bit difficult to support two people on my income. They sued me and won which resulted in them garnishing almost $100 a week, which I can't afford so now I'm unable to pay my rent at all. Thanks!!!!
