So countertop order had to be divided into two installs. First install comes, sinks are cut wrong. Installers apologize, even though they didn't do anything wrong, tell me someone will call me the next day with new installation date. No one calls me, I had to call Home Depot three days later to find out what was going on. Was told by Home Depot they would try to rush the replacement, since it AMC's fault. No one from AMC calls to apologize, no one from AMC puts a rush on the order. It simply goes into your regular production schedule, again three weeks out.
Starting with my order and payment in January and final installation six months later, this was the worst countertop purchase I've had in 16 remodeled houses. Home Depot discontinued one of my selections. When I made a new selection, I was told it was supplied by someone else and would have to be remeasured by another company delaying the installation, so I had to make a different selection, at a much higher price. Since it was a bathroom piece, I was willing to work with a remnant piece from your location, but was told that was not an option for me, since I was already Home Depot's customer.
AMC Countertops is a wonderful team to work with. I enjoyed working with Barry from the Countertop Outlet immensely. AMC takes the time to learn about what their customers want and need, and then come up with a great solution. Their new showroom at the Countertop Outlet is definitely worth checking out too!

The installation went fine and was in fact, the only good thing about this whole project.
Have used Home Depot for cabinets for years, but this was a one off experience that will not be repeated.
