These guys are tools... I took a pair of wheels to them to have tires mounted and balanced I told them I had just powder coated them they said it was fine... she. I dropped the wheels off I'm assuming the manager came and looked at them and said their machine might scratch them when putting tires on. My response was if you're not comfortable doing them don't he said they would be careful..at that point it should of followed my gut and took the wheels back.. the next day they call me to let me know they where ready... I go to pick them up and as I'm loading them up one guy goes did you tell him about the damage? The other guy says nope he then comes over and says this happened to one of the wheels during balancing chipped the powdercoat in 3 sports not only on one wheel like he said but on 3 of them due to not using the right cone on the balance machine his response is it's not our fault we're not a tire place honestly and made it seem like it's not his problem
I’m such a procrastinator and always wait till the last second to get my cars in. They always have time for me to come in within a day or two of calling them and are always very nice. Usually I have crazy children screaming and running around and they don’t mind. They’ve quoted me a few times for parts/repairs and always have been fair.
Not very customer oriented. Had a great promotional coupon for a service but wasn't able to use it and got charged again half as much to do much less work. Very disappointed wouldn't recommend them
My altinator died on the way home from Oshkosh. I made it to a parking lot near car x. They went and got my truck the next day and called with me with what was wrong with it in the morning. Mike Mathews the assistant manager was very helpful. I will be stoping in at car x in fondulac if I ever need repairs again.
People were very helpful. They got me in same day without an appointment despite being busy. I was very pleased that they took me into shop to show me what was needed. I did price check them and the price was fair. I will be back.
