Please assign someone to greet tour customers when they come in.
No one talked to us. My family and I have been in 3 difderent times and each time not one person talked to us. Not even a "hi" or "welcome" when we came in. On another visit we tracked down a sells person, once we were able to finally talk to someone she was super helpful and very knowledgeable.
Took our 2003 Camper in for caulking check and re-seal. At pick up, sealed areas did not appear to have been cleaned before caulking and multiple areas that received no attention. Including lower and visible seams on the front, around access areas and obvious potential water entry areas.
Some areas were caulked, but none appeared to have been cleaned prior to caulking. Unbelievable. I honestly do not know how companies with this type of service, or lack of, can keep the doors open.
3rd trailer we have bought from them, I recommend paying to have your trailer delivered and set up.the guy who set ours up was amazing , friendly, and precise. The delivery alone will bring me back again!!!
Great price on our used travel trailer and they really stand behind what they sell. Had a few small issues a month later and they covered it no questions asked. Good people!

Follow up. I left the camper to have areas corrected. When I arrived, the young man at the customer service desk, same person I had dealt with originally, asked my name, grabbed my key, then tossed it to the counter from approximately 4 feet from me. He stated," You can look it over if you want to", then walked away. This is customer service?
When I had inquired to having the work done, last year, I was told the camper would be washed first, old caulk removed as needed and sealing completed. Definitely did not happen.
If the rate is $90 per hour, as I was quoted, I do not think I'm out of line for expecting quality results from the company. I spoke with the employee at the service desk, he looked it over and said I could leave it to have the areas in questioned taken care of. I did ask what the additional charge would be to do the job correctly, no additional. So that's something.
We have had positive experiences in the past when located in Eden, limited, but positive. We believed taking it in to a "camper shop" only made sense - they do this all the time? I'm not sure if it was because it was a Monday, the workload, etc., but unacceptable workmanship.
The fortunate thing is that we are planning to sell and buy this year. This experience will prevent my consideration of this company. If something as simple as this cannot be handled correctly, I cannot extend my trust in other areas.
